First-up in FMANZ’s new Professional Development Pathways Series, Building Networks’ Rosie Killip lifts the lid on building compliance.

Stop the endless cycle of WOMBAT building compliance meetings (waste of money, brains and time)! Join FMANZ at Hotel De Brett in Auckland as we kick off our brand new Professional Development Pathways series with building law expert Rosie Killip.

This 201 workshop has been developed for mid-management/senior FMs and will cover:

  • How to get your Building WOF sorted
  • What you need to know when making alterations to existing buildings
  • Hot tips for changing tenancies!
Attendees at Rosie's sessions have saved countless hours and dollars in building compliance simply by knowing what questions to ask contractors and what to say no to. Rosie’s practical, humorous and engaging style will ensure you leave this one-day workshop armed with tools and tips you can use immediately.

“Invest in one day getting refreshed on critical commercial building rules – it will pay dividends!”
