Jason Happy
The webinar will be presented by Jason Happy, a member of FMANZ's Maintenance and Service Standards Committee
Jason has more than 25 years' experience in building services engineering and property. He joined Kiwi Property Group Ltd in 1998 and prior to this held roles as a consulting engineer, project manager and facilities manager, both in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom.
Jason is responsible for delivering facilities management services across the retail and commercial portfolios for Kiwi Property, ensuring their existing properties and new developments are market-leading. He also manages the health and safety and sustainability programmes.
Jason is a Fellow and Professional member of FMANZ. He is also a founding member of FMANZ and was a board member for several years, including chairman of the board in 2013 and 2014.
