Reminder - FMANZ Dunedin and Christchurch
Effective Asset Management for Facilities Managers Breakfast seminar
Hi

FMANZ invites you to the National Breakfast Seminar in your region.
This seminar will provide insight into how well planned Asset Management supports the Facility Manager and the FM team. It will show you practical steps towards setting up an asset management approach within your organization, and also point out several "do's and don’t’s".

A good asset management strategy can optimise operational performance, minimise whole life costs and support an organisation’s corporate goals. But most importanty… the asset management strategy supports the wider business!

Martin Coates (Christchurch and Dunedin) and Ricky Shaw (Christchurch only) will deliver this interactive presentation, which promises to cover the essentials of Asset Management both from an FM Operational and Engineering perspective. Martin may even leave you with an FM Specific cartoon to take back to the office!

Martin Coates

Martin is a chartered chemical engineer with over 30 years industrial and consulting experience. Prior to emigrating to New Zealand 13 years ago, Martin held a variety of roles in the UK brewing industry including asset management, maintenance, utilities, packaging line operation and energy management. Whilst in NZ he has been employed as a Technical Director with engineering consultancy Beca, providing a range of Asset Management consultancy services for clients in NZ and overseas. Martin currently runs his own business undertaking asset management consulting work and workshop facilitation.

In addition, Martin offers a unique visualisation service - combining his artistic and facilitation skills to help people comprehend complex change by creating hand drawn representations live during interactive workshops.
